My ideas about design
My name is Radu Barota and I am the owner of the company. I
am a certified urban planner and certified architect.
I think that a good architect must provide a bases from which his client can develop freely his ideas and ideals.
I also think that a project must be refined and redesigned multiple times until all the parts involved (architects, engineers, clients, contractors etc.) are contributing in a positive way to the design according to their competences. Having that in mind, together with a team of subcontractors, we are designing projects beginning with urban planning scale, passing through architectural scale and finishing with fit out design and other technical and detailed projects.
Our
Recent Projects
One of the latest projects that I participated in is Stejeris residential compound. The project is situated in Brasov, and it is developed by Redesign Real Estate ( https://rdba.ro/ ). The project was a cumulative work of several architecture (Neat.World, BArcha, EasternWorks, etc.) and engineering companies coordinated by the developer himself. The project started in 2017 and it is about to finish.
During the end of 2021 I have been working for another fit-out project for Intersport. The concept of the shop is designed in Greece. My duties are to adapt the shop to the premises and to assure the technical project according to Romanian laws. Situated in Craiova, the shop represents a new approach of Intersport shop design towards a bigger shop with more articles.
Experience and qualifications
Urban planning
We are qualified in medium and small urban planning projects. We can do the reglementary phase (PUZ, PUD), but also the design and special planning of multiple buildings. .
NFT, Metaverse
I am interested in how this space will evolve. Currently, there are several NFT that I am working on.
Architecture
Our main experience is relelated to residential projects. But, we can also design other buildings such as schools and kindergartens, shops, productive facilities.
Experiments
I am interested in collaborating with other professionals for continuing theoretical and practical studies (see the experiments part).
Fit-Out
We have a vast experience in fit-out projects. We have in portfolio projects for H&M,
Intersport, Reserved, Auchan and others.
